        Now A Part Of My Regular Diet!

        Full disclosure: I’m an employee working at Survival Frog, and was given a sample for free. The review below contains my honest feedback, and wasn’t influenced by this.

        This was amazingly delicious and filling! It’s something you need to drink slowly, as the shake is pretty thick. I used milk, ice cubes, half a banana, ice cubes, and a spoonful of nut butter, as suggested by the pamphlet. An immersion blender was used to mix it all together.

        Overall, I love this so much that it's replaced milkshakes for me, and has now become a regular part of my diet.
