Placing an Order
It is quick and easy to place an order on SurvivalFrog.com! Simply browse our survival gear by product or product category. When you find an item you are interested in, add the item to your shopping cart. Continue to shop for items of interest. Click on "Checkout" at the top of the page to view the items in your cart at any time.
Once you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout Now!" at the top of the page and follow the prompts. You will then be asked to enter all your information for the shipment, if you are a member you can log in using the 'Log In' button.. If you are a new customer, click on "I'm a new customer". Registration is fast and easy!
Cancelling or Changing an Order?
Once an order has been submitted, it will be processed quickly to ensure your package is shipped promptly. If you need to cancel or change your order, call us at 1-800-PREPPER (800-773-7737) as soon as possible to see if we can make the change for you. Please note that we may not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once we have shipped the item(s). You can also "Contact Us" using email or chat.
Using Store Credit as Payment
To use store credit, shop as normal. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter in the store certificate code number.
Our checkout is safe, secure and easy! Simply enter your shipping address and payment information. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal to provide you with the most safe and convenient payment options available. We will not place the order until we have the checks or MO in hand. Then the order will be placed for the customer and sent to processing and shipping.
