Placing an order on SurvivalFrog.com is quick and easy!

When you're ready to start shopping, you can browse our survival gear by product or category. If you find something you like, just click "Add to Cart". To see what you've added so far, just click "Cart" at the top of the page.

When you're done shopping, click "Cart" and then "Proceed to Checkout". If you're a VIP Buyer's Club Member, make sure to log in using the "Log In" button.

In checkout, you'll enter all the information we need to ship your order, including your shipping method and payment information. When everything looks good, just select "Pay Now" and you're all set!

And don't worry, we'll send you a confirmation email once your order is placed. We're excited to have you as a customer!

 

Which forms of payment do you accept? 

We've got you covered with various payment options, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, AmazonPay, and ShopPay. If you prefer to pay by check or Money Order, we can place your order as soon as we receive your payment. Simply give us a call or send us a text at 1-800-773-7737 to get started. We're excited to receive your order! 

 

How do I edit items in my cart? 

  1. Click on the shopping cart at the top right corner of the page
  2. Click the plus or minus sign to add (+) or remove (-) gear
  3. Click on the trash icon if you need to remove any gear completely! 

 

How do I opt out of VIP Buyer’s Club?

If you're not interested in our VIP Buyer's Club, you can easily opt out during checkout. Just look for the toggle under "Proceed to Checkout" and switch it to "OFF." It's that simple!

 

Where do I enter my coupon? 

  1. Click on "Cart" at the top of the page
  2. Ensure everything in your cart is correct 
  3. Select “Proceed to Checkout” 
  4. Enter the code in the box above your order total  

What is your coupon policy?  

At Survival Frog, we want our customers to maximize savings while preparing. Therefore, we have established the following coupon policy: 

One Coupon Code per Order: Customers can use ONE coupon code per order. This includes codes for free products, promotions or sales, and Frog Points Rewards. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied at checkout

VIP Buyer's Club Benefits: By joining our VIP Buyer's Club, you can unlock exclusive advantages.

Do you offer military/first responder discounts?

We proudly offer a Veterans VIP Buyer's Club which provides a 10% discount on your entire order + FREE shipping for all military personnel. How do I use PayPal? 

  1. Proceed to checkout and select the PayPal payment option.
  2. You will then be redirected to the PayPal login page.
  3. If you already have a PayPal account, simply enter your login information and click "Log In." If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one by clicking "Sign Up" and following the prompts.
  4. Once logged in, review your order details and shipping information.
  5. If everything looks correct, click "Pay Now" to complete your purchase.
  6. PayPal will then process your payment and send you a confirmation email.

  

Why do I receive an error that says “this product cannot ship to this address?”

We want to make sure you receive your order without any issues. 

Please note that there are some items that cannot be shipped to certain locations. For example, Survival Fresh Canned Meat cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

How do I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes changes need to be made after placing an order, and we're happy to help! 

To request a cancellation, simply reach out to our team at support@survivalfrog.com or give us a call at 1-800-773-7737. We'll make every effort to cancel orders that haven't shipped during business hours, with some limitations.

If cancellation isn't feasible, don't stress! You can refuse delivery, and once the package is returned, we'll issue a refund promptly. Alternatively, our team can assist with setting up a return. 

Will I have to pay sales tax? 

At SurvivalFrog.com, we want to be upfront and transparent about the sales tax charged for orders shipped to Colorado or other states where we have nexus, as required by law.
