Standard Shipping Policy

Not all shipping carriers are available on every order. Weight, size, and location may limit the options you see.

We currently use UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ship orders. If you have a preference, you are able to select your preferred carrier during the checkout process. 

If a P.O. Box is your only option, we advise you choose USPS as your shipping method.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship standard shipping; valid only on shipping to the 48 contiguous states. This means that the shipping carrier will vary depending on the weight, size, and shipping address.

We cannot ship to PO boxes using our free shipping method, only to physical addresses. Additional shipping fees may be assessed on orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories. International shipping fees will be assessed on all orders shipped outside the US

Alaska & Hawaii Orders

At this time, we can ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we do not ship food to these states.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free shipping for Alaska & Hawaii. This includes all orders & orders with Buyer's Club Memberships.

Shipping Delays

Most products ship within 1-2 days of placing an order. However, some products have “Shipping Delays”, which are clearly marked on the product page in red text. While this is only an estimate, we try and be conservative with the worst case delay. We allow products (usually food) to be sold with “shipping delays” when the product already has an estimated arrival date to our warehouse. With any food, water or PPE products you can cancel your order anytime before it ships from our warehouse to you. Each week you will receive an email from us with updated shipping estimates, and of course you can call us anytime with questions. While a shipping delay is not ideal, you will be able to hold your place in line and be assured that we will get you the product as soon as we can.

Shipping Carrier Delays

USPS First Class & Priority Mail is not a guaranteed date-specific delivery service. Since most First Class & Priority Mail packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, the USPS has added estimated delivery dates on the shipping label to help communication between the shipper and the package recipient. For Free Shipping options, the average delivery time is between 3-5 business days, but when carriers are experiencing significant increases the delivery estimate may increase. To find out the estimated delivery date for your order, we recommend using the tracking ID number provided and checking the shipping carrier's website.

International Shipping Areas

Currently, Survival Frog only ships directly to the USA and Canada. We do not ship to Europe. If shipping fees to Canada appear to be too expensive, call customer support to double check the pricing.

International Shipping Disclaimer

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Your full responsibility is to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country before placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

We ship most of our products directly from our fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado, while other products may come directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, multi-product orders may arrive in multiple packages from various points of origin.

Special Order Items

If you see this message on a product page, "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM", this means that we will ship the product directly from the manufacturer and we cannot upgrade your shipping. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling. This applies when your product needs to be custom made, or the item is large and/or heavy. We estimate you should plan for up to 6 weeks for special order items to arrive, although often they arrive much sooner. Questions? Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) and the zip code of the shipping address.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. For your convenience, there is a shipping estimate calculator available in your shopping cart where all available rates, including premium options, will be displayed. Each shipper reserves the right to change shipping carriers at their discretion.

Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day.

Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time on Friday will begin processing the next Monday unless it is a holiday. Our fulfillment center observes most federal holidays.

A tracking number will be emailed to you.

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information. Once shipped, the length of time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the origin(s) of the shipment and the shipping method selected.

Stolen Package & Other Shipping Issues 

If the shipping company confirms the product was delivered to your address but you never received it, then it may have been stolen or mis-delivered. If you are experiencing any issues receiving your package from the carrier, please reach out to our Customer Success team for assistance within 14 days of the delivery notice. If you haven't received an update on your package in 7-10 business days, or you have other shipping-related issues, please reach out to our team for assistance. 

We want to take care of you. That said, we will replace or give you store credit for the purchase amount if your order isn't delivered. This offer is LIMITED to one occurrence per year, per customer/address with a purchase price limit of $250.


Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can not guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order. During normal business hours, Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. MST, once an order is placed there is a 60-minute remorse window where the customer can call customer service at 800-773-7737 to update or cancel their order. After 60 minutes we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order. In most cases, we will be unable to cancel an order once placed.

Should cancellation not be possible, you can refuse delivery of the package, and a refund will be issued upon return receipt of the package. Alternatively, you can contact us for a Returns Authorization (RMA) and return instructions, so we can make sure this is resolved promptly.

Returns due to late cancellation are excluded from final sale products (food, water, PPE). Products that ship from the vendor may incur a restocking fee.
