How is Survival Frog handling Covid-19?
At Survival Frog, we like to be prepared.
As leaders of preparedness, taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our team and customers is something we are very familiar with. That’s why we are doing all we can to help slow the spread of the coronavirus, while continuing to serve those around us. This isn’t business as usual, but you can still count on us to help prepare you for right now and what’s next.
Our primary concern is keeping our team safe and healthy. It’s also important for us to keep our customers at ease and informed.
We understand if you have some questions. In fact, we figured you would.
What precautions are you taking?
The Survival Frog team works remotely, utilizing phone or web-based meetings rather than face-to-face interactions. When face-to-face meetings are necessary, face masks, social distancing and frequent hand sanitizing are all being practiced.
Our warehouse team is required to wear masks and frequently wash hands while working for the safety of everyone. Employees who are ill are mandated to stay at home.
Why am I seeing higher shipping rates?
Due to seasonal peak surcharges and fees for FedEx USPS & UPS you may see increased pricing in shipping rates. We understand how frustrating this can be, be rest assured we are passing any savings we receive onto our customers.
Will my shipment be delayed?
Once your product ships from our Denver warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Due to shipping carrier issues caused by COVID-19 you may experience significant delays in delivery or no updates in the tracking information for a period.
UPS, FedEx and USPS have suspended their Service Guarantees for all shipments. Therefore, Survival Frog cannot guarantee the time frame you will receive your package. For the standard free shipping option, we’ve seen some delays up to 14 days or longer from when the package leaves our warehouse. We are happy to discuss this with you if you have concerns, but unfortunately once the package leaves our warehouse our options to help are limited.
Can I still return or exchange my products?
Yes! Our Return Policy is still in effect and returns and exchanges are happening as normal. Food, water and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment, such as face masks) products are not eligible for refunds after the product has been shipped from our warehouses. You can cancel and receive a full refund on any products that have not shipped yet. You can view our full Return Policy here.
We also want to share that Survival Frog has donated thousands of N95 NIOSH masks to hospitals and smaller clinics. Thank you so much to the healthcare heroes working tirelessly to keep our communities safe. We appreciate your sacrifice.
