Good idea, design is interesting
I like the idea in general, but the plastic strap that is used to hang the light is a problem. Mine broke on the second or third day. The strap was very hard to get apart. The light needs to be charged. It needs to be disconnected and reconnected daily. The strap needs to work well. It should probably have a strap on the top and bottom so it could be secured for charging. We kept it in the pop-up tent to provide general illumination for the cooking area. It provided good light for the first night, but was of less value as days went by due to cloudy weather and the poor strap. I was surprised by how poorly it charged when it was cloudy. I should have known better but do not have much experience with solar. A better option would probably be to go with some type of rechargeable battery system. The fact that you can't put batteries in this and it's poor charging on a cloudy day really detracts from its value
