Electronic Card

Received an electronic Gift Card From Survival Frog. They Originally Requested a Review for a $25.00 dollar Card Three days searching I kept coming Up Empty. It was a $10.00 Card that when applied to my order did not show up Survival Frog Customer Service placed on my Order.

I was not seeing on my end until Products were Shipped. Computer problems on their end I would have rated 5 stars otherwise.

Great products!

Purchased multiple items. Very happy with the quality of your products. Among the items purchased was a pocket jumper and not did it come in handy immediately! My Harley would not start to go home from work the same day my package arrived. The pocket jumper was shipped with enough of a charge that it jumped started my Harley!! I think I may keep it in the saddle bags from now on!!

Watch the packaging!

I ordered several items for my son who loves to hike for months at a time. Loved the items, but when they arrived, I shook the package down, and cut along the top. Unfortunately when the order was packaged, the top of the bladder (an item I ordered) was stuck in the seal at the top of the envelope and was cut when I opened the package. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, so too late to replace...But the quality of the products is great!
