Vegetable mixBucket = full balanced diet in emergency

In an emergency, ya gotta give yourself and your people a BALANCED diet. I was warned by folks

in the know that you cannot just have CARBS that

are in the regular Bucket kit. You must include veggies for proper nutrition. Secondly, you must have at least 2000 calories a day per person. Lastly, the problem of FOOD FATIGUE- gotta

Mix foods up, try different recipes, add sauces.

Otherwise, food fatigue sets in, and the sailors

will mutiny on you! This vegetable kit fits the bill in my opinion.
