More than just a poop-scoop

Nice little shovel, but could be improved.

I like this shovel. It's very lightweight and has a sharp enough edge to really dig into dirt, gravel, whatever. However, that edge is also along the handle, which makes the shovel difficult to hold/use effectively. This can be fixed by holding it with a bandana or cloth of some kind, but is also a pain. It seems to me that a small silicone cover along the edge of the handle would make it more comfortable to use AND not add that much weight. This is still a nice, usable, lightweight shovel for emergencies.

Great tool!

Makes a light-weight addition to a minimalistic bug-out bag. Would be nice if it weren't so brightly colored. Maybe a black or olive drab option?
