I've field tested this twice for tarp shelter building, and I'm very impressed with its strength a durability; I've even tried a simple rope hammock, it held my 250+ lbs very nicely, rain does not affect it adversely, fast drying qualities. Light-weight, easy to store, diameter is hand-friendly especially where arthritis may be a factor, easy to make any knot quick! And very wallet-friendly too, so get two or more per 'Go Bag'!!! Yes, I highly recommend this and view it as a senior's necessity, not an option!
